Abstract

Pendapatan seseorang dapat didefinisikan sebagai jumlah pendapatan yang dinilai dalam satuan mata uang yang dapat dihasilkan oleh seseorang atau suatu negara dalam periode tertentu. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendapatan adalah jumlah pendapatan yang diterima anggota masyarakat selama kurun waktu tertentu sebagai balas jasa atau faktor produksi yang telah dihibahkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh modal kerja, jam kerja dan lama kerja terhadap pendapatan pedagang di Pasar Malam Kodam Brawijaya Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan melalui wawancara langsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan 40 responden sebagai sampel. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan pendapatan sebagai variabel terikat dan ketiga variabel bebas yaitu modal kerja, jam kerja dan lama usaha. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa modal, lama usaha dan jam kerja mampu menjelaskan variabel pendapatan sebesar 68,5% dan sisanya sebesar 31,5% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Modal kerja, jam kerja dan lama usaha secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan.
