Abstract

Industri pengolahan merupakan sektor unggulan dalam kegiatan perekonomian di Kabupaten Sidoarjo dan industri produk makanan dan minuman merupakan penggerak utama kinerja di sektor ini. Perusahaan industri pengolahan produk makanan dan minuman sebanyak 249 usaha menyumbang sebesar 36,12 triliyun rupiah terhadap perekonomian Sidoarjo pada tahun 2018 dan tenaga kerja yang terserap pada industri ini mencapai 36 ribu orang. Kinerja lapangan usaha industri pengolahan selama tahun 2019 juga telah mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Pertumbuhan ekonomi tertinggi melebihi angka 7 persen dicapai oleh 4 lapangan usaha salah satunya yaitu lapangan usaha industri pengolahan yang mencapai di angka tertinggi 8,88 persen. Lapangan usaha industri pengolahan memiliki peranan yang besar dalam pembentukan PDRB Kabupaten Sidoarjo pada tahun 2019 yaitu mencapai 47,80 persen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal kerja (X1), tenaga kerja (X2) dan bahan baku (X3) terhadap pendapatan (Y) IKM olahan ikan bandeng di Desa Kalanganyar Kecamatan Sedati Kabupaten Sidoarjo, sehingga dapat dijadikan bahan analisis terhadap pendapatan pengusaha IKM di masa depan. Metode analisa data yang digunakan dalam pengujian ini adalah regresi linier berganda, uji F (simultan), uji T (parsial) dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal kerja (X1), tenaga kerja (X2) dan bahan baku (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan (Y), modal kerja (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan (Y), tenaga kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan (Y), dan bahan baku (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan (Y).
