Abstract
CV. TIGA BHAKTI merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur yang memproduksi paku dan kawat duri. Kerusakan mesin produksi paku atau (nail making machine), mengakibatkan jam berhenti (downtime dan delay) pada proses produksi yang mengakibatkan kinerja mesin menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Efektivitas dalam proses produksi perlu didukung adanya manajemen perawatan dan pemeliharaan pada mesin untuk itu diperlukan langkah-langkah yang efektif dalam pemeliharaan mesin untuk dapat menanggulangi dan mencegah masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini melakukan studi literatur dengan menggunakan buku tentang Manajemen perawatan, Metode RCM, Metode FMEA, Metode LTA, dan jurnal-jurnal yang berkaitan dengan manajemen perawatan dan juga Metode RCM. Interval perawatan komponen kritis atau komponen mengalami kerusakan sebanyak 6 kali satu tahun dengan interval waktu perawatan selama 281 jam. Sedangkan komponen side shaft yang mengalami kerusakan sebanyak 4 kali dalam satu tahun dengan interval waktu perawatan selama 282 jam. Aktivitas pemeliharaan yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengurangi kegagalan pada komponen crank shaft dengan jenis kerusakan pelumas bearing habis perlu dilakukan perawatan schedule restoration task, jenis kerusakan bearing longgar perlu dilakukan perawatan schedule discard task, dan jenis kerusakan sambungan lengan lepas atau patah perlu dilakukan schedule discard task. Pada komponen side shaft dengan jenis kerusakan sambungan stang metal patah perlu dilakukan perawatan schedule discard task, untuk kerusakan beban wire feeder aus perlu dilakukan perawatan schedule restoration task, dan untuk kerusakan sayap metal longgar perlu dilakukan aktivitas schedule restoration task.
