Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang Analisis Kelayakan Usaha yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan suatu usaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Pepelegi Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan objek penelitian kuliner bakso yang berjudul “Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Kuliner Bakso di Kelurahan Pepelegi Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Sidoarjo”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah usaha kuliner bakso dinyatakan layak atau tidak layak untuk dijalankan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dari aspek finasial usaha kuliner bakso di Kelurahan Pepelegi Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis biaya, analisis pendapatan kemudian dilakukan cek analisis kelayakan usaha untuk mengetahui layak atau tidaknya dengan perhitungan R/C dan ROI. Metode penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara langsung dengan informan penelitian sebagai alat pengumpul data primer. Secara menyeuruh indikator kelayakan usaha yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Revenue Cost Ratio dan Return On Investment. Data diperoleh dari 5 infoman pemilik usaha kuliner bakso. Untuk hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha kuliner bakso menghasilkan rata-rata biaya total sebesar Rp 94.075.034/bulan dengan rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp 112.146.000/bulan dan rata-rata pendapatan Rp 18.070.966/bulan. usaha kuliner bakso menghasilkan ROI rata-rata sebesar 195,61% dan menghasilkan R/C rata-rata sebesar 1,19 yang artinya >1, dengan demikian usaha kuliner bakso di Kelurahan Pepelegi Kecamatan Waru Kabupaten Sidoarjo menguntungkan.
