Abstract
This research aims to determine the level of profitability in the klepon cake business and its contribution to household income. The research is of a descriptive nature and presented in tabular form. The population and sample used consist of all klepon cake entrepreneurs in Bulang Village, Prambon District, Sidoarjo Regency, totaling 20 entrepreneurs. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques involve observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis includes income analysis, revenue analysis, contribution analysis, R/C Ratio analysis, and ROI analysis The research findings concluded that the income generated from the klepon cake business in Bulang Village, Prambon District, Sidoarjo Regency, is relatively profitable. The total revenue amounted to Rp 7,155,000, and after deducting production costs of Rp 5,472,429, a profit of Rp 1,682,571 was obtained. This profit represents a contribution of 21.90% and a profit level of 1.30 according to the R/C Ratio analysis, indicating a profitable venture. However, the ROI analysis shows a negative figure of -0.692, indicating that the klepon cake business is not profitable based on this analysis.
