Abstract

Dalam suatu proyek konstruksi selalu membutuhkan sumber daya proyek sebagai komponen dalam proses konstruksinya. Terdapat lima sumber daya proyek, yaitu pekerja, metode, alat, biaya dan material. Dari kelima komponen tersebut, material merupakan salah satu bahan baku utama yang memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar dalam menentukan besarnya biaya dalam proyek tersebut. Terdapat berbagai macam material salah satunya yaitu besi tulangan. Besi tulangan memiliki nilai yang cukup tinggi sehingga material ini harus diperhitungkan dengan sangat teliti agar mendapatkan nilai besi yang optimal. Karena memiliki nilai yang cukup tinggi dalam pengerjaannya maka diperlukan perencanaan perhitungan pembesian. Dimulai dari perhitungan kebutuhan besi tulangan. Menghitung kebutuhan besi tulangan terdapat beberapa metode yaitu metode pendekatan (manual) dan metode Bar Bending Schedule (BBS). Bar bending schedule (BBS) adalah metode perencanaan pada pekerjaan pembesian yang berisikan informasi mengenai detail berupa bentuk besi tulangan, Panjang besi tulangan, dimensi serta jumlah besi tulangan yang akan digunakan pada pekerjaan struktur. Pada BBS menghasilkan kebutuhan besi dalam satuan batang yang kemudian menghasilkan satuan berat. Dimana pada proyek ini pengerjaannya belum menggunakan perhitungan besi metode BBS. Dimana dalam perhitungan manual tidak memperhatikan pola potongan besi , sehingga pemotongan besi dilapangan belum memanfaatkan sisa potongan atau waste material dengan optimal. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan membuat perhitungan pembesian dengan menggunakan metode bar bending schedule dan membuat pola pemotongan besi digambar per lantai pada gambar denah dengan detail panjang dan jumlah besi yang akan digunakan.dengan memperhatikan sisa atau waste material yang mengacu pada RKS dan Shop Drawing yang digunakan pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Sekolahan Cita Hati agar mendapatkan hasil kebutuhan material besi tulangan serta sisa material besi secara akurat. Dengan penerapan metode bar bending schedule dapat mempermudah dalam memasok material pembesian agar sesuai dengan perencanaan. Sehingga dengan menggunakan bar bending schedule dalam perhitungan besi tulangan termasuk dalam upaya untuk mengoptimalkan pembesian pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Sekolahan Cita Hati.
