Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the income of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) of food and beverages (Case Study of Oro�Oro Dowo Market, Klojen District, Malang City). The research data was obtained from a questionnaire (primary) and direct observation at the Oro-Oro Dowo Market to collect data on traders in the market, which includes data on the identity of respondents and matters relating to business capital, labor, and length of business. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 26 program. This research method is intended to seek and explain the influence between variables through hypothesis testing. Testing the hypothesis through the F test and T test. This research took a sample of 35 respondents from a population that was in the Oro-Oro Dowo Market, Klojen District, Malang City. The results showed that the simultaneous variables of Business Capital (X1), Labor (X2), and Years of Business (X3) significantly influence the income of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Food and Beverages in the Oro�Oro Dowo Market. Partially, the variables of business capital (X1) and labor (X2) have a significant effect on the income of Food and Beverage Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Oro-Oro Dowo Market. Whereas the length of business variable (X3) has a negative effect on the income of Food and Beverage Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Oro-Oro Dowo Market. From the regression results, the Adjusted R Squared (R2) value is 0.9077, which means that the income of Food and Beverage Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Oro-Oro Dowo Market is explained by variations in the variables of business capital, labor, and length of business. of 90.77%, while the remaining 9.23% is influenced by other factors outside the model.
