Abstract

CV. Bakso Empal Sapi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak disektor manufaktur yang pekerjaan utamanya berupa operasional produksi bahan pangan jadi berupa bakso, tidak adanya pengukuran produktivitas pada perusahaan secara sistematis membuat tidak mampunya dalam memenuhi target produksi atau memaksimalkan kapasitas produksi, Untuk itu perlu dilakukannya pengukuran produktivitas lantai produksi pada perusahaan dengan meningkatkan produktivitas pada tiap-tiap kriteria yang dapat menunjang dalam peningkatan produktivitas pada lantai produksi perusahaan, Oleh karena itu CV. Bakso Empal Sapi berupaya meningkatkan produktivitasnya dengan cara melakukan pengukuran pada setiap kriteria-kriteria produktivitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengukur produktivitas pada tiap-tiap kriteria yang dapat menunjang produktivitas yaitu kriteria kecacatan, kapasitas produksi, tenaga kerja, mesin produksi dan bahan baku pada CV. Bakso Empal Sapi. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran yaitu metode Objective Matrix (OMAX) dan pembobotan menggunakan Skala Likert,kemudian setelah diperoleh hasil dari perhitungan dilakukan evaluasi dan mencari tahu akar permasalahan yang terjadi terhadap kriteria produktivitas yang paling buruk menggunakan Fishbone Diagram. Kemudian dilakukan perencanaan perbaikan yang bertujuan agar produktivitas dapat kembali meningkat.Dari hasil pengukuran produktivitas menggunakan metode OMAX dapat diketahui bahwa produktivitas terbaik terjadi pada bulan Desember sebesar 741,45 dan untuk produktivitas terburuk terjadi pada bulan januari sebesar 143,38. Kemudian dari pencapaian skor diketahui bahwa kriteria yang kurang memberikan kontribusi untuk indeks produktivitas yaitu kriteria 5 dengan skor 13 dan 2 dengan skor 21 dan strategi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas yaitu mengevaluasi akar permasalahan terjadinya penurunan produktivitas pada kriteria 5 dan kriteria 2 Kata Kunci: Produktivitas, Skala Likert, Objective Matrix (OMAX), Fishbone Diagram
