Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of small-scale rice milling in Sarirejo District, Lamongan Regency. Some of the analyzes used include cost analysis, revenue analysis, profit analysis, and feasibility analysis using the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) and Return on Investment (ROI) formulas. This study uses qualitative methods and uses interviews, observation, and documentation as primary data collection tools. Data were obtained from 4 informants, namely the owner of a small-scale rice mill in the Sarirejo sub-district, Lamongan district The rice mill business under study is still feasible to run with an average R/C ratio value of 1.08 and an average ROI value of 7.74%. The rice mill business under study has an average revenue of Rp 233.033.000/month With an average monthly capital excluding the initial capital of Rp 216.360.000/month and has an average profit of Rp 16.672.022/month
