Abstract

Pada proyek pembangunan Ring Road atau Jalan Raya Lingkar Selatan, berlokasi di Kecamatan Torjun Kabupaten Sampang Madura dengan total panjang penanganan 6,4 Km yaitu dari STA 0+945 s/d STA 7+400 melewati 6. Terdiri dari proyek jalan dan lima jembatan. Pekerjaan tanah yang akan dibahas yaitu pada pekerjaan galian dan timbunan, yang membutuhkan kombinasi alat berat Excavator dan Dump Truck. Dengan metode penyelesaian berupa perhitungan produktivitas alat berat, biaya sewa dan biaya operasional alat. Produktivitas Excavator dibutuhkan data produksi persiklus (P), efesiensi kerja dan juga waktu siklus sebagai analisa perhitungan. Produktifitas Dump Truck membutuhkan data kapasitas bak dari dump truck, faktor efesiensi, jarak angkut dan juga waktu siklus. Selanjutnya untuk mengetahui berapa unit alat berat yang dibutuhkan, pada Excavator data yang dibutuhkan yaitu volume galian timbunan perhari dan juga lama waktu pengerjaan, dan Dump Truck data dibutuhkan yaitu volume galian dan timbunan serta perhitungan produktifitas Dump Truck. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa, perhitungan produktifitas 1 Unit Excavator diperoleh hasil 615.344 m3 /hari selama 7 hari, 3 Unit Dump Truck diperoleh hasil 647.784 m3 /hari selama 7 hari. Dan untuk biaya sewa alat berat Excavator diperoleh hasil Rp.39.143.371,12, sewa alat berat Dump Truck diperoleh hasil Rp.786.386.657,3.
