Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan dengan tepat merupakan hal yang harus dilakukan oleh suatu perusahaan, karena akan berakibat komplikasi pada proses yang terkait. Ada beberapa pengambilan keputusan yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan, salah satunya adalah pemilihan supplier bahan baku. Pemilihan supplier merupakan salah satu keputusan strategis dalam Supply Chain Management yang berdampak pada peningkatan keunggulan kompetitif perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui supplier mana yang lebih potensial menurut kebijakan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Gading Mas Unggul yang diawali dari observasi lapangan dilanjutkan dengan pemberian kuisioner kriteria supplier terhadap pihak perusahaan, dimana hasil kuisioner tersebut akan dijadikan acuan pengolahan data pada penelitian ini. Bahan baku yang ingin diteliti yaitu bumbu, garam dan kemasan. Bahan baku bumbu memiliki tiga supplier, garam memiliki dua supplier dan kemasan memiliki dua supplier. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan Analytical Network Process (ANP) juga dimaksudkan untuk mengungkap keterkaitan antar kriteria yang saling berhubungan (dependence) serta umpan balik (feedback). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alternatif supplier pada bahan baku bumbu yang memiliki bobot tertinggi yaitu Yutakachi (0.47690), pada bahan baku garam yaitu PT. Susanti Megah (0.59984), dan pada bahan baku kemasan yaitu CV. Setia Budi Printing (0.57936).
