Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Peer Social Support with Santri's Prosocial Behavior. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Santri's Prosocial Behavior. There is a positive relationship between Peer Social Support and Santri Prosocial Behavior, and there is a relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Peer Social Support with Santri Prosocial Behavior. The research design was carried out with a total of 177 students at the Al-Fithrah Kedinding Islamic Boarding School, Surabaya, with an age range of 15-19 years. The instrument used in this research is the Prosocial Behavior scale according to the theory of Eisenberg & Mussen (1989), the Peer Social Support scale according to the theory of Sarafino (2011), the Spiritual Intelligence scale according to the theory of Zohar & Marshall (2007). The data obtained were then analyzed using analytical techniques with the help of the SPSS 25 for Windows program. Based on the results of data analysis that was carried out using the Spearman Rho test, it was found that there was a relationship between Spiritual Intelligence and Santri Prosocial Behavior p = 0.687 with a significance level of 0.000 (sig <0.05), there was a relationship between peer social support and Santri prosocial behavior p = 0.687 with a significance level of 0.000 (sig < 0.05). In this study the third hypothesis cannot be answered. Keywords: Spiritual Intelligence, Peer Influence, Prosocial Behavior, Santri.
