Abstract

The optimal time for completing a construction job really needs to be implemented, so that what is done is effective and does not waste a lot of time. In completing a development project, optimal time is needed, so that there is no delay with the specified time. So that it causes the required costs to increase and the work does not become effective. This study uses the CPM (Crithical Path Method) method, which is a method for determining the critical path in network analysis in the series of activities carried out, so that the work carried out at the time it is carried out is optimal and effective. The results obtained in this study are for optimal activities in completing the boarding house development project, namely 14 activities and the optimal duration of activities obtained is 220 days.
