Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of product quality, shopping safety and service quality against consumer satisfaction on Shopee Marketlace (case study in the Kesamben Wetan village, Driyorejo-Gresik). The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling using purposive sampling, with a total sample of 100 respondents. Collecting data using questionnaires and interview then analyzed using multiple linear regression. From data analysis it can be concluded that product quality does not have a significant positive effect on customer satistaction. Shopping safety has a sinificant positive effect on consumer satisfaction. And service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. And for the F-test of the consumer satisfaction variable, the Fcount value is 30.34 with a significance of 0.000 (0.000 < 0.05).
