Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work discipline, job descriptions and incentives on job satisfaction and employee performance in the government of East Java Province Indonesia. This research was conducted using quantitative approach with statistical hypothesis test. The type of this research is causality research which is to analyzed the relationship between variables. Data gathering by Survey Method with questionnaire instrument that was distributed to 75 employees in the office of Government of East Java Province. Data was analysis by application of PLS program (Partial Least Square). The results showed that based on descriptive analysis indicate that work discipline, Job Description, Performance allowance, job satisfaction and Employee Performance of government of East Java Province was perceived by respondent with high category, whereas hypothesis testing showed that work discipline significantly influence to Job Satisfaction, Work discipline has an insignificant effect on employee performance, Job description has a significantly effect on job satisfaction, Job description has no significant effect on employee performance, Performance Incentives was significantly effect on employee satisfaction and Employee performance
