Abstract

Pendapatan merupakan unsur yang harus dilakukan dalam melakukan suatu usaha karena bisa jadi pendapatan adalah salah satu tolak ukur keberhasilan suatu usaha. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi pendapatan yaitu modal, lokasi dan jam kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah modal, lokasi dan jam kerja berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan UMKM di Taman Hiburan Pantai Kenjeran, Kota Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini sumber data berasal dari data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yaitu hasil jawaban responden yang diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui jawaban responden atas pertanyaan yang diberikan berupa kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 66 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Lokasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan. Jam kerja tidak terdapat berpengaruh karena meskipun jam kerja ditambah jika pesaing dalam lokasi mendagangkan produk yang sama maka peluang untuk mendapatkan pendapatan yang tinggi sangat kecil. Kata Kunci: Modal, Lokasi, Jam Kerja, Pendapatan UMKM.
