Abstract

Listrik adalah kebutuhan pokok bagi umat manusia pada zaman sekarang, listrik terbukti sangat dibutuhan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari manusia dan jika listrik tidak ada maka manusia akan mengalami dampak negatifnya yaitu terganggunya pada kegitan kehidupan mereka sehari-hari. Dan sebaliknya jika listrik tersedia dengan baik, manusia mengalami dampak positifnya yaitu terpenuhinya pemakaian listrik untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan listrik tersebut, sering terjadi pembagian beban-beban yang awalnya merata atau seimbang akan tetapi karena tidak keserempakan pada waktu penyalaan beban-beban tersebut maka timbulah ketidakseimbangan beban antar phasa R,S,T yang menimbulkan arus netral pada sisi sekunder trafo mengalir, Semakin besar ketidakseimbangan beban yang terjadi maka akan menimbulkan Losses (rugi-rugi). Seiring sistem distribusi tenaga listrik yang terus berkembang, mengurangi Losses dapat menghasilkan penghematan besar begi penyedian tenaga listrik, dan manfaat lain yang di dapat ialah mencakup sistem yang dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan penyusunan tugas akhir ini adalah metode Kuantitatif, pengumpulan data yang dilakukan berdasarkan hasil dari pengukuran dilapangan yang setelah itu diselesaikan dalam bentuk persamaan matematis. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan di dapatkan hasil akhir yang menunjukan nilai rata-rata arus pembebanan dan ketidakseimbangan beban pada transformator distribusi di Gardu Induk Buduran yaitu arus rata-rata pembebanan nya sebesar (14,4 A), Ketidakseimbangan Beban Sebesar (32,5 A), dan Losses sebesar (2,34 W).
