Abstract

The aims of this research were to gale the ;tiformation about the strategic of Cooperation Institution in gathering the costumer Q.J depositors or borrowers to financing their business of small and medium scale entreprenuer in Surabaya. This reseroch 'WaJ conducted /0 40 respondens which the managers of cooperation as sample in this research. And research methode used was discriptif explorative to gate the informations regarding the octivities of Cooperations lnstitutions in managing their customers' money 10 finanching the small and mediun scale intreprenuershlp. The result of this study were show that The Small and Mediun scale Entreprenuer was likely to borrow Money in Cooperation Institution to finonching their business because of the several rehasnos: which were easier process, fashter process, easier administration request, without guarantee, and lower interest compered to other financial institutions. And other strategies conducted by the Cooperation Institutions /0 the depositors as follows: the depositors received the profit sharing of the cooperation Institutuion in the end period accounting, give more binger the iruerest rate, easier process and administration. Those strategies were conducted by the most Cooperations instirutions in Surabaya; therefore, the cooperation institutions in Surabaya mostly Developed rapidly tofinanching Small and medium entreprenuership.
