Abstract

Guidelines for feeding in the city of Surabaya, this mayoral regulation is intended to provide guidelines for managing the implementation of feeding activities. This mayor's regulation aims to ensure that food provision activities sourced from the APBD (Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget) can be managed in an orderly, effective and efficient manner and can be on target. The beneficiaries of the implementation of the feeding are residents of the city of Surabaya who belong to the poor family group consisting of the elderly, orphans, and the disabled. That the researchers focused on food assistance recipients with elderly criteria. The term evaluation has related meanings, each referring to the value of the results of policies and programs. In general, the term evaluation can be equated with assessment, scoring, and assessment. In a specific sense, evaluation relates to the production of information about the value or benefits of policy outcomes, when policy outcomes actually have value, this is because these results have a contribution to goals or objectives. The research location is a place where you can reveal the actual state of the object you want to study. While the research site is the location or place of research that reveals the actual situation of the circumstances under study.
