Abstract

Pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari hasil lasan material aluminium Alloy 6061 yang menggunakan proses pengelasan SMAW (Shield Metal Arc Welding). Dan mempunyai perhitungan uji tarik pada spesimen aluminium alloy 6061 dengan Arus 100 A , 110 A , 120 A dan menggunakan pendingin Oli SAE 40 , Air , Minyak Jelantah. Hasil pengujian kekerasan rockwell dari variasi kuat arus ddapat diketahui bahwa nilai kekerasan pada material sebelum dipanaskan memiliki nilai kekerasan lebih tinggi pada daerah Weld Metal dengan nilai kekasaran rata-rata sebesar 45,21 HRB dan 42,38 HRB. Lalu hasil perhitungan tersebut di rata-rata dari variasi Arus Ampere dan variasi pendingin maka dapat diketahui nilai kekuatan tarik terbesar pada spesimen aluminium alloy 6061 Arus 100 A pendingin Oli SAE 40 mampunyai kekuatan tarik sebesar 6,16 (N/mm2 ) dan mempunyai nilai regangan sebesar 68,88 % . Pada pengelasan arus 110 A nilai tegangan paling tinggi didapat pada pendingin minyak jelantah sebesar 6,41 (N/mm2 ) dengan nilai regangan sebesar 83,78 % . Pada pengelasan arus 120 A nilai tegangan paling tinggi didapat pada pendingin Air sebesar 6,15 (N/mm2 ) dengan nilai regangan sebesar 57,96 % . Pada raw material nilai tegangan sebesar 9,6 (N/mm2 ) dengan nilai regangan sebesar 2,19 % .
