Abstract

Posyandu merupakan salah satu Bentuk Usaha Kesehatan Bersumberdaya Masyarakat (UKBM) yang dikelola dan diselenggarakan dari, oleh, untuk dan bersama masyarakat dalam Penyelenggaraan Pembangunan Kesehatan yang berguna untuk memberdayakan Masyarakat serta memberikan kemudahan kepada masyarakat dalam memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui peranan Kader Posyandu melati 2 sebagai upaya Peningkatan Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam kegiatan posyandu melati 2 Di wilayah Kelurahan Gunungsari Kecamatan Dukuh Pakis Kota Surabaya jawa timur, Guna mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendorong peranan kader posyandu melati 2 sebagai upaya Peningkatan Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam kegiatan posyandu melati 2 Di wilayah Kelurahan Gunungsari Kecamatan Dukuh Pakis Kota Surabaya, jawa timur. Peranan Kader Posyandu Melati 2 dalam meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam sosialisasi yaitu penyebarluasan informasi terkait jadwal kegiatan posyandu melati 2. kedua, penyuluhan yaiu pemberian pengetahuan tentang pentingnya imunisasi, pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dan mengetahui tentang bahaya penyakit ibu dan anak, dan ketiga pendampingan dengan cara mengawal proses pra dan pasca kegiatan posyandu serta dengan cara jemput bola mendatangi rumah balita secara door to door, melakukan pengecekan berkala untuk memastikan minimnya resiko penyakit yang dialami oleh ibu dan anak. Peran Kader Posyandu menjadi peran vital. Adanya kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap kinerja Kader Posyandu Melati 2, hal ini berhubungan dengan jumlah partipasi masyarakat dalam Kegiatan Posyandu Melati 2.
