Abstract

Meningkatnya kebutuhan bangunan tingkat tinggi terutama diperkotaan disebabkan karena keterbatasan lahan. Pada perencanaan bangunan gedung tingkat tinggi hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah terkait kestabilan struktur. Untuk memastikan kestabilan struktur harus dicek terhadap simpangan, periode, dan efek P�Delta. Jika rasio kelangsingan semakin besar, maka struktur akan semakin fleksibel. Untuk mengatasi fleksibilitas pada struktur akibat adanya beban lateral, maka diperlukan pengaku lateral (bresing) agar deformasi struktur yang terjadi tidak melampaui batas yang telah ditetapkan dalam peraturan SNI 1726-2019. Struktur rangka bresing eksentris memiliki kekakuan elastik yang tinggi dan mampu memberikan perilaku daktail ketika terjadi gempa dibanding dengan sistem konsentrik, namun deformasi yang dihasilkan tidak sebesar SRPM. Ada berbagai jenis konfigurasi sistem rangka bresing eksentrik, salah satunya penggunaan elemen link ditengah yang lebih menguntungkan karena dapat menghindari kegagalan pada kolom. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis perbandingan perilaku struktur dari sitem bresing eksentris Two Story-X dan Inverted-V. Berdasarkan analisis perbandingan perilaku struktur rangka bresing eksentris Two story-X dan Inverted-V menggunakan program bantu SAP 2000, didapatkan massa struktur bresing Two Story X lebih besar 0,013% dari struktur Inverted-V, dan nilai periode yang dihasilkan oleh Inverted V adalah 1, 618 detik sedangkan periode Two Story X adalah 1,676 detik. Serta nilai simpangan antar lantai terbesar terjadi pada struktur Two story X yaitu 25,016 mm dan Inverted V 23,388 mm. Koefisien kestabilan θ dari kedua struktur, Two Story-X dan Inverted-V selisih 10% dengan nilai masing-masing diperoleh 0,081 dan 0,090. Dari analisis kinerja menggunakan metode FEMA 356 dan FEMA 440, didapatkan hasil kedua struktur tersebut berada pada level kinerja LS (Life Safety) dimana hasil drift masikmum untuk Two Story X lebih besar dari Inverted-V, yang masing-masing adalah 0,71% dan 0,68%.
