Abstract

The development of coffee shops or coffee shops is currently mushrooming in Indonesia, but even so until now the business or coffee shop business is still in great demand by business actors to start their business in this field. Business people need a competitive advantage in the coffee shop industry to develop and compete and must also continue to strive to retain their customers, among others by improving service quality by establishing good communication with consumers, adding product variety and customer satisfaction is an important aspect that is carried out to win the competition so that can survive the very tight business competition. Service quality is one of the elements that influence customer satisfaction. and a wide variety of products. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product variety on customer satisfaction Drama Roastery Coffee Lab Surabaya. The type of research and the method to be used in this research is quantitative. This study took 100 respondents to be studied. The sampling method in this study used a type of nonprobability sampling. The technique used was Indisental Sampling. The analysis used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the t test show that the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the product variation variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. While the F test together the two variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Variety, Customer Satisfaction
