Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determibe and analyze the quality of employee performance in providing services in Dadapan Village. because they wantthe quality of work ofthe apparatusin the Dadapan agency when providing public services to the people. Because judging from the conditions at the Dadapan Village Office there are still obstacles to achieving quality employee performance, there are a number of unresolved problems. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative methods to make it easier for researchers to obtain objective data and see how the process of employee performance in providing public services to the community. Based on the results of the research description and discussion described in the previous chapter, the quality of employee performance in providing servicesto the community uses Hasibuan's theory 2008: 95 in (Hutauruk, Sutradjo, and Hadya 2021) and the results are qualified village employees The quality of employee performance is of high quality, this is contained in the element of self-potential because it can be seen from the results of research on employees at the Dadapan Village office, most of the abilities have graduated S1 where the employee isgiven responsibility according to the abilities of each individual, and for village employees who are old they don't understand It's still manageable. Whereas the elements of the employee work process atthe Dadapan Village Office are of high quality, this is because the work process. both in terms of providing an explanation of the conditions described are all well explained and easily understood by the public. And employees at the Village Office say for themselves that the services provided to the community are in accordance with what the community needs. In terms of clarification, when the researcher went to the field to see the existing SOP flow, according to the researcher, the flow was indeed easy to understand. So you can say thatthe work processes of employees at the Dadapan Village Office are of high quality. The enthusiasm element states that employees at the Dadapan Village Office are also qualified because employees who have more enthusiasm in carrying out work as servants of the state provide the best service to the community and inthe enthusiasm stage, the Dadapan village head also always evaluates his employees so that they can measure the extent of advertising. what can be done, and what mistakes should be corrected in the future are all evaluated by the village head. And the elementstage of optimal work results which statesthatthe Dadapan Village Office employees have not optimal work results because they are constrained by facilities and infrastructure.
