Abstract
Village funds are funds sourced from the state budget allocated for villages that are transferred through the district/city budget and used to finance government administration, development implementation, and community empowerment. Sidomulyo Village is a village located in Deket District, Lamongan Regency which carries out village fund management for infrastructure development. This study aims to find out how village funds are managed in Sidomulyo village for infrastructure development. The focus of research in the management of Sidomulyo village funds is in accordance with Permendagri regulation Number 113 of 2014 where village finances are managed based on the principles of; Transparent, Accountable, Participative. The research method used in research is a qualitative method of description where researchers conduct interviews, data collection, and documentation. The results showed that the Principles of Transparency, Accountability, Participatory are in accordance with Permendagri regulation Number 113 of 2014. The principle of transparency has been applied, as evidenced by the installation of billboards in front of the village office. Accountability has been implemented, as evidenced by the accountability of the village government by making SPJ activities as long as the budget is used. Participatory has been implemented, which is evidenced by the attitude of community participation in the planning process to accountability. The problem in this study is that Sidomulyo Village lacks transparency in village fund management where there is no access that allows the community to know how to manage APBDes such as the absence of a village website, and lack of human resources in managing village funds.
