Abstract

Forms of legal liability due to veterinary medical act which resulted in the death of an animal that is criminal liability, liability perdata and liability of the Administration, as well as accountability to pet owners. In the conduct of his profession a veterinarian, if there is a problem in the law in the service of medical protection from the actions of the organization that is PDHI. The death of the animals after getting medical actions not only caused by the actions of a veterinarian but also can be by the condition of the animals, the way home after getting medical treatment, as well as actions carried out by the owner of the animals in the House
