Abstract
The quality of public services is one of the conditions of a service product, people, and in the environment where the quality assessment is determined when providing these public services, service is a major element in achieving success in an organization, therefore service quality is a benchmark for assessing service. from a different point of view, namely population administration services through the digital KNG (Klampid New Generation) application. Therefore to find out the level of satisfaction in measuring the quality of service in the KNG (Klampid New Generation) application by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the city of Surabaya. Based on case studies in the people of Surabaya city, this research study was to find out the results of the digital service quality of the KNG application in improving population administration services for the people of Surabaya city. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative, with data collection from interviews and observations. The results of this study indicate that the quality of population administration services through the KNG (Klampid New Generation) application continues to make progress to improve existing problems so that the indicators studied can be included in improving the quality of digital-based administration services or in the KNG (Klampid New Generation) application.
