Abstract

Pemerintah Indonesia untuk bidang kesehatan kini sedang gencar menerapkan penggunaan teknologi dan sistem informasi rumah sakit seluruh yang ada di Indonesia. Penerapan teknologi berbasis informasi ini namakan elektronik Kesehatan (e-health). Puskesmas Gunung Anyar menerapkan e-health. Dengan e-health ini pasien yang berobat tidak perlu lagi datang ke puskesmas untuk antri mendaftar, sehingga tidak antridan juga bisa daftar dari rumah dan tidak perlu mengambil nomor antrian di puskesmas. Melihat Puskesmas Gunung Anyar ini sudah mengantongi berbagai macam predikat sertifikasi di Kota Surabaya. Hal ini akan melihat bagaimana penerapan layanan e-health di Puskemas Gunung Anyar sudah membantu masyarakat dikawasan Gunung Anyar atau belum terpenuhi akan hal itu. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menegetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerapan layanan E-Health terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Puskesmas Gunung Anyar Kota Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan objek penelitian atau hasil penelitian melalui data atau sampel, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuisioner (angket). Berdasarkan penelitian mengenai “Pengaruh Penerapan Layanan E-Health Terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat di Puskesmas Gunung Anyar Kota Surabaya” yang telah dilaksanakan, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan dari hasil uji linier sederhana atau uji T sebesar 11,818 > T tabel 1,998 dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Variabel Penerapan Layanan E-Health (X) memiliki pengaruh yang nyata terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat (Y). Berdasarkan uji koefisien korelasi (R) dengan jumlah 0,834 dan koefisien determinasi (R Square) 0,696. Jadi, berdasarkan nilai tersebut terdapat pengaruh antara Penerapan Layanan E-Health (X) terhadap Kepuasan Masyarakat (Y) dengan jumlah 0,691.
