Abstract
The Effect of Library Service Quality on User Satisfaction (Case Study of the Library and Archive Service of the East Java Provincial Government) 71% responsiveness, 71% empathy, 78% assurance. The results of the partial t test show the results of the sig. variable tangible, responsiveness, assurance, empathy greater than 0.10 which indicates that it is partially variable tangible, responsiveness, assurance, empathy has no significant effect on user satisfaction, while the variable's reliability has a sig value of less than 0.10 which means partially this variable is influential to user satisfaction. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that the variable tangible, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance has a positive value which means that while The quality of services provided has a positive and comparable influence on user satisfaction. The influence of service quality on user satisfaction is 38.5% which is obtained by testing the determinant coefficient. The conclusion in this study is that partially variable tangible, responsiveness, assurance, empathy has a positive and comparable effect on user satisfaction, but the effect is not significant. Variable Reliability is the quality of service that has a positive, comparable, and significant impact on user satisfaction. Overall, the quality of services provided by the Library and Archives Office of Java Province has a great influenceEast Against user satisfaction of 38.5%. Even though library services have been very satisfactory, there are still a number of things that need to be improved to continue to increase public service user satisfaction.
