Abstract

Village fund management in community empowerment in Airwinangun Village is carried out with reference to Permendagri Number 113 of 2014 concerning Village Fund Management which includes; (1) Planning, (2) Implementation, (3) Administration and, (4) Accountability. Besides this, the village of Wateswinangun has been recorded as receiving village funds in the last two years, which has increased, but activities in community empowerment have actually decreased/cut down. The purpose of this research is to find out how village funds are managed in the village of Wateswinangun, which, based on the problem, found that the funds owned by the government of the village of Wateswinangun have increased and activities have decreased for community empowerment. The results of this study provide the fact that the management of village funds in the village of Wateswinangun is quite good. This fact is analyzed from a planning perspective in accordance with Permendagri regulations involving BPD and community leaders and then refers to program priorities in implementation as well as for reports and accountability made in the form of written documents or through the village financial system. The conclusion obtained from this research is that themanagement of village funds in clean water villages is considered quite good, but there are a number of things that need to be improved to improve the management of village funds for community empowerment to be even better. As for recommendations or improvements that can be made by the village government through suggestions/recommendations provided by researchers, namely increasing forum planning by involving many community institutions, the realization program does not only focus on priorities but also seeks other programs, and makes reports per responsibility in a separate form between empowerment and village development activities.
