Abstract

Public Information Disclosure in Wateswinangun Village has been implemented for a long time. Starting with using billboards until today's developments have used a website- based system to make it easier for the public to get services and information. Wateswinangun Village in developing the website is a form of shared ideals between the government and the community which was delayed in 2019 during the pandemic. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of public information disclosure in Wateswinangun village which previou sly used digital then switched to conventional methods until finally returning to using a website based system. The results of this study provide the fact that Public Information Disclosure in Wateswinangun Village has been going quite well. This fact is proven through an analysis of the dipopramono theory about the characteristics of open government and is supported by evidence of the implementation of Public Information Disclosure using 3 dimensional aspects, (1)Transparency, (2)Participation, (3) Acco untability. On the other hand, there are few obstacles to website-based public information disclosure in the village of Wateswinangun, namely the lack of village officials who can focus on managing and updating information through the website. The conclusi on obtained from this study is that Public Information Disclosure in Wateswinangun Village is quite good, although there are a few obstacles based on research results which can later be improved through recommendations given by researchers, namely by increasing the number of employees or empower youth youth organizations in helping the village manage the website.
