Abstract

Jalan Akses Bandara Juanda Kabupaten Sidoarjo Jawa Timur memiliki panjang 3.15km dengan lebar 6m dan terdapat 73 titik penerangan dengan tinggi tiang 12m dan jarak antar tiang 44m dengan total 8 tiang single arm dan 65 tiang double arm. Lampu penerangan jalan yang terpasang sebanyak 72 lampu jenis LED 150 watt dan 66 lampu jenis SON-T 250 watt. Hasil pengukuran 26,37 lux untuk lampu jenis LED 150 watt dan 10,27 lux untuk lampu jenis SON-T 250 watt. Dengan banyaknya lampu yang telah terpasang menyebabkan penerangan jalan pada jalan akses bandara juanda masih kurang maksimal serta banyak dijumpai blackspot pada area tertentu. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan analisis kembali guna penerangan jalan pada Jalan Akses Bandara Juanda dapat memenuhi standar. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan dilakukannya simulasi pada aplikasi Dialux maka dibutuhkan 73 titik tiang penerangan, sudut stang ornament 14,06o dengan jumlah 138 lampu jenis LED 196 watt serta intensitas sebesar 15 lux yang telah sesuai dengan standar Badan Standar Nasional Standar Indonesia 7391:2008 tentang spesifikasi penerangan jalan umum dikawasan perkotaan dan Kementrian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral 2014 tentang efisiensi energi pencahayaan jalan umum untuk kelas jalan kolektor status jalan nasional yakni 15 - 20 lux.
