Abstract

Kajian suatu proyek membantu meningkatkan/memilih peluang investasi. Pada tulisan ini membahas mengenai kelayakan investasi pada proyek pembangunan Rumah Sakit Al-Arafah Kota Kediri ini ditinjau dari analisis kelayakan pasar dan analisis kelayakan finansial dengan parameter Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Payback Period, dan Benefit Cost Ratio dengan menggunakan Microsoft excel. Menurut diagram dengan hasil permintaan 97% dan penawaran 3%, menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan pelayanan kesehatan di Kota Kediri cukup tinggi, dan ketersediaan fasilitas kesehatan masih sedikit pada, proyek Pembangunan Rumah Sakit Al-Arafah Kota Kediri layak untuk dilanjutkan. Dan Hasil nilai Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp. 57.919.688.880 < 0, nilai Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) sebesar 3,032 < 1, nilai Internal Rate of Returns menunjukkan peningkatan 9,42% dari MARR 8,0% dan dengan Payback Period (PP) pada tahun ke-18 dari jangka waktu investasi 20 tahun
