Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merencanakan bangunan atas jembatan rangka baja menggunakan tipe K-Truss. Jembatan yang akan direncanakan pada proyek ini mempunyai bentang panjang 36 meter dan lebar jembatan 11 meter, berada pada stasiun 10+436.80 sampai stasiun 10+401 yang berlokasi diatas Sungai Semanding dan menghubungkan Desa Tunah, Kecamatan Semanding sampai dengan Desa Prunggahan Kulon, Kecamatan Semanding, Tuban. Perencanaan struktur baja menggunakan pendekatan Load and Resistance Factor Design (LRFD). Perencanaan jembatan ini dibantu oleh software Autocad dan SAP200 V22. Pembebanan yang digunakan berdasarkan SNI 1725:2016 tentang Pembebanan Pada Jembatan. Beban-beban yang dianalisa meliputi beban sendiri, beban lajur “D, beban truk, beban rem, beban pejalan kaki, dan beban akibat temperatur. Pada trotoar terjadi beban pipa sandaran arah vertikal = 0,16895 KN/m dan arah horizontal = 0,75 KN/m. Pada trotoar terjadi pembebanan mati sebesar = 1,490 kg/m, beban pejalan kaki dan beban horizontal masing-masing sebesar = 509,9 kg/m. Pada Lantai kendaraan terjadi pembebanan mati sebesar =16,14 kg/m dan beban hidup truk =157,50 kN. Pada gelagar memanjang terjadi pembebanan mati =1.495,13 Kg/m, beban terbagi rata (BTR) = 1.570,36 Kg/m, beban garis terpusat (BGT) =5.723,39 Kg/m, dan beban truk 500.00 kN. pada gelagar melintang terjadi pembebanan mati =1.495,13 Kg/m. Pada rangka utama terjadi pembebanan mati yang dipikul =48.572,2 kg, beban mati sendiri terbesar =75.462,57 kg, beban hidup =95.649,26 kg, beban rem = 3,89 kN/m, beban pejalan kaki = 5 kPa, beban akibat temperatur 40o C. Profil baja pada gelagar memanjang adalah IWF 250 x 125 x 6 x 9 dan untuk gelagar melintang IWF 1000 x 350 x 18 x 38. Gelagar memanjang dan melintang menggunakan sistem balok komposit. Profil rangka utama menggunakan IWF 400 x 400 x 21 x 21, dan gelagar diagonal IWF 400 x 400 x 21 x 21. Sambungan yang dipakai pada gelagar memanjang dan melintang adalah dengan alat penyambungnya adalah baut berdiameter 20 mm dan las. Sedangkan sambungan pada rangka utama adalah sambungan buhul dengan alat penyambungnya adalah baut berdiameter 20 mm.
