Abstract
Hoseya is one of the distributors of CV Hosana which has 2 branches, namely in the Keputih area and at AJBS Word Surabaya. The AJBS (main) branch experienced problems with high inventory costs so that the profits obtained did not match the predictions that had been determined. The problem that occurs is caused by differences in requests for sales promotion girls in the morning and afternoon shifts. Product requests go directly to the person in charge of the vendor and all requests that are listed will be brought in because they use a request system according to the SPG in the field. The person in charge of the vendor does not check or does not re- screen the product requests that have been listed by the SPG and directly enter them into the product PO system so that the product is brought in for delivery. There is no filtering on product demand resulting in products that do not come in accordance with consumer demand and are not in accordance with products that are often sold, this results in increased storage costs because goods that do not rotate quickly experience nandon which also affects the storage area. In making improvements to the ordering system, researchers use the association rule with the Apriori algorithm assisted by Rapid Miner software in processing data in order to find out which products sell frequently and the combination of these products so that the products ordered are in accordance with the fast financial cycle and the large number of consumer requests for these products. so as to minimize inventory costs in accordance with Hoseya's inventory vendor cost limits.
