Abstract

A project can be said to be successful if it can be completed on time, so for project owners and contractors this is very important. Therefore it is necessary to anticipate if the predetermined duration cannot be completed according to plan, so that alternative acceleration can be carried out. The Betek-Sanganten Gondang Bojonegoro Road Drainage Canal Construction project was carried out for 120 days. The timeframe is too long, so the author will reschedule the project. Rescheduling is carried out by accelerating the implementation time, which aims to analyze the extent to which time can be shortened with minimum additional costs. The Time Cost Trade Off method is applied to exchange time for project costs. This method is carried out by analyzing additional costs due to the shortening of the implementation duration. The method used is to compress the schedule in order to produce a more profitable time and cost. From the results of the research analysis, it was obtained that the total duration of the project was 106 days, which was 14 days faster than the normal duration of 120 days. The final total cost is Rp. 405.544.334,93 with the addition of Rp. 35,565,615 of the normal project cost of Rp. 369,978,720.38. Keywords : Time Cost Trade Off, Acceleration, Time, Cost
