Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh modal Kerja dan jam kerja, terhadap pendapatan pedagang UMKM terang bulan di kecamatan sukolilo. Penelitian ini dilakukan di di kecamatan sukolilo kota surabaya, dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 33pedagang. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Data yang dipergunakan diperoleh melalui observasi dan metode kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang diperoleh dari hasil persamaan uji regresi linier berganda dapat disimpulkan bahwa Dari hasil Uji t diketahui bahwa variabel Modal (X1), jam kerja (X2) secara parsial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil pendapatan (Y), sedangkan dari hasil uji F diketahui variabel bebas yang terdiri dari modal keja (X1) dan jam kerja (X2) secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil pendapatan (Y), dan berdasarkan analisis determinasi kontibusi atau sumbangan pengaruh variabel Modal kerja (X1), jam kerja (X2) terhadap perubahan naik turunnya variabel kasil pendapatan pedagan UMKM kue terang bulan di kecanatan sukolilo kota Surabaya.adalah sebesar 765% Kata kunci: Modal Kerja, Jam Kerja, Pendapatan.
