Abstract

To determine the soundness of a company should be measured if a company or the company's performance appraisal . Performance is a feat achieved by the company in a given period which reflects the level of health of the company . The goal is to find a weakness in the company's performance which can cause problems in the company. Likewise, the company Bank Central Asia Tbk and Bank Mandiri Tbk, which is a company that is certainly always want to know the soundness of its business from year to year , namely by assessing the performance of the management company. Certainly requires good management of capital and profits to be obtained. So the company can avoid a deficiency of current assets to be used to pay off current debts . As well as the company was able to run its operations more efficiently so that the intended purpose can be achieved. This research is quantitative descriptive approach to the calculation is done by using quantitative data in the form of financial statements . These financial statements are secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange . While analysis tools used in this research is by using financial ratio analysis covering the liquidity ratio, solvency , profitability ratios and the ratio of activity by the method of Time Series Analysis. In general the results of the analysis indicate that the financial condition of Bank Central Asia and Bank Mandiri Tbk fluctuate. Judging from the analysis of the liquidity ratio current ratio and quick ratio best BCA Bank in 2014 amounted to 1.169 % and 0.043 % , while the bank also in 2014 amounted to 1.169 % and 0.043 % . Judging from the analysis of primary Solvency Ratio ratio and capital ratio best BCA Bank in 2014 amounted to 0.141 % and 0.229 % , while Bank Mandiri there in 2014 and 2011 amounted to 0.120 % and 0.207 % . Judging from the analysis Profitability Ratios Return on assets and return on equity of Bank BCA 's best in 2014 and 2011 amounted to 0.031 % and 0.26 % , while Bank Mandiri in 2013 and 2010 amounted to 0.025 % and 0.22 % . Judging from the analysis of Activity Ratio multiplier ratio and assets ratio utillization best BCA Bank in 2010 amounted to 0.95 % and 0.038 % sendangkan Bank Mandiri in 2010 and 2013 by 10.83 % and 0.033 % . This means that companies have a level of financial performance is not good, so companies still need to improve and enhance the performance of the company . Advice can be given is the company should be able to make savings in the use of current assets to finance its operations .
