Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of Perceived Price, Location, and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Mr.Boss Barbershop Kalijudan Surabaya. This research is a quantitative research. The population used in this study are consumers who use haircut services and all consumers who come more than once at Mr.Boss Barbershop Kalijudan Surabaya. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique, where the sampling technique was determined with certain considerations and a total sample of 80 respondents was obtained. By using SPSS version 24 calculations. The results of this study are Perceived Price, Location, and Service Quality partially have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. Perceived Price (X1), Location (X2), and Quality of Service (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction (Y) at Mr.Boss Barbershop Kalijudan Surabaya.
