Abstract

Labuan Bajo souvenir shop is a shop that sells various types of souvenirs typical of Labuan Bajo. In the sales process, this store uses manual methods, such as using a phone or whatsapp to connect with customers who place orders, besides that a typical Labuan bajo souvenir shop wants to implement the right marketing strategy to increase sales. With these problems, a system is needed that can automatically manage customers. Recency, Frequency Monetary is a method often used in assigning value or weighting to customers from the transaction process. The results of the weighting will be analyzed and grouped by k-means. From the results of the grouping in the last 3 months, it was found that the typical Labuan Bajo souvenir shop has 1 regular customer, 3 potential customers and 6 ordinary customers, then testing will be carried out with tests that are obtained from the features on the system concluded that the system can be said to have run well, so that it can help the typical Labuan Bajo souvenir shop in the sales process.
