Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of good corporate governance on stock returns, the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure on stock returns, the effect of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility disclosure on stock returns with financial performance as a mediating variable. The sample in this study were oil & gas production mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange which published annual financial reports consistently from 2017-2021. The population of this study was 6 oil & gas production mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 years. The sampling method uses a purposive sampling approach. the data source is secondary data obtained from annual reports for the 2017-2021 period on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis in this study uses the outer model, outer loading after changing the model, and path analysis. With the help of the Partial Least Square program so that there are no many assumptions and definite results are obtained. The results of this study indicate that the data analysis or path coefficient results in Partial Least Square analysis aimed at good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility disclosure, stock returns and financial performance. This study shows that good corporate governance has no significant effect on stock returns, corporate social responsibility disclosure has no significant effect on stock returns, good corporate governance has a negative and significant effect on financial performance, corporate social responsibility disclosure has no significant effect on financial performance, good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility disclosure on stock returns through financial performance have no significant effect.
