Abstract

Purna Paskibraka Indonesia Kota Palangka Raya adalah sebuah organisasi kepemudaan yang berperan sebagai wadah untuk pembinaan mental pemuda dengan masa pembinaan awal bagi anggota baru. Akan tetapi, dalam masa tersebut hanya tersisa tidak sampai setengah dari total anggota awal yang aktif dalam kegiatan organisasi. Tingkat kehadiran dan keaktifan merupakan salah satu indikasi yang menunjukkan tingkat komitmen seseorang terhadap organisasinya, salah satunya dalam hal afektif. Komitmen afektif dalam berorganisasi dapat dipengaruhi oleh regulasi diri anggota dan kohesivitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: hubungan antara regulasi diri dan kohesivitas dengan komitmen afektif; Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah skala regulasi diri, skala kohesivitas dan skala komitmen afektif. Diperoleh hasil analisis regresi linier berganda nilai signifikan pada hubungan Regulasi Diri (X1) dan Kohesivitas (X2) secara simultan dengan Komitmen Afektif (Y) adalah sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai f_hitung 52,598 > f_tabel 3,08 yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara regulasi diri dan kohesivitas dengan komitmen afektif. Semakin tinggi Regulasi Diri dan Kohesivitas semakin tinggi pula Komitmen Afektif yang dimiliki anggota Purna Paskibraka Indonesia Kota Palangka Raya dan sebaliknya semakin rendah Regulasi Diri dan Kohesivitas semakin rendah pula Komitmen Afektif yang dimiliki anggota Purna Paskibraka Indonesia Kota Palangka Raya. Nilai R Square didapat sebesar 0.505 yang berarti Regulasi Diri dan Kohesivitas memiliki hubungan sebesar 50.5% terhadap Komitmen Afektif. Sedangkan sisanya, 49.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya.
