Abstract
PT. Indo Lautan Makmur is a company engaged in the fish processing sector which produces various kinds of processed fish such as: surimi, tempura, otak-otak, scallops, nuggets, fish balls and many more. At this time PT. Indo Lautan Makmur has experienced an increase in productivity which tends to be stable, the growth that occurs is more temporary and not continuous. A company has not been able to utilize its resources optimally. Many product requests are not able to be fulfilled by the company. The Marvin E. Mundel method is applied to answer company problems in terms of meeting product demand according to consumer demand. Based on the analysis using this method, it was answered that labor productivity was Rp. 158,321,440, energy was Rp. 34,788,520, and raw materials were 32,163 pcs. Total productivity has increased. In maintaining an increase in total productivity, the company seeks to increase production output and emphasizes spending resources (inputs) sparingly, to avoid bankruptcy. Companies in saving products can be done by improving the selling price of output in the market and rearranging inputs. Keywords: Productivity; Marvin E. Mundel; Raw Material
