Abstract
PT. Menara Cipta Indonesia is a distributor company that produces styrofoam products in the form of styrofoam boxes and blocks in Mojokerto Regency. This styrofoam box is usually used as a container for all kinds of fresh fish, food and drinks can also use styrofoam boxes. This styrofoam block is usually used for protection in boxes so that the product is not damaged. The company has 12 customers as consumers of styrofoam boxes and blocks. However, in the distribution of product shipments, companies have not fully paid attention to the cargo owned by the fleet and the routes it has traveled. The company only sends one destination, then the fleet returns to the company to make deliveries to the next customer so that the vehicle load is less than optimal. So the researchers conducted an analysis to determine the delivery route for styrofoam products to minimize shipping costs by completing the Mixed Integer Linear Programming (MILP) mathematical model with Lingo 13.0 software and the Saving method. From these calculations, the optimal result is MILP, resulting in distance savings of 14.6% or 365.6 km and cost savings of 26.11% or Rp. 4,700,000, and the total delivery duration is 2,875.2 minutes.
