Abstract

Land registration is a series of activities carried out by the government regularly, continuously and continuously. This includes the processing, collection, bookkeeping and maintenance of physical data and juridical data, in the form of maps and lists of land parcels and apartment units, including the issuance of proof of title to land parcels with existing rights and ownership rights to housing units. arrangement and certain rights that support it as stated in Government Regulation Number 24 of 1997. This study uses a normative juridical method with a statutory and conceptual approach that discusses falsification of letters against land crimes on land registration. The results of the study show that there is an imbalance between the amount and area of available land which does not increase, so that the need for community utilization increases, causing land to have a very important meaning, resulting in state intervention through the apparatus in the land law order. Forgery of letters is part of the concentration of sensitive issues related to the effectiveness or not of a regulation that applies in Indonesia. The crime of forging letters has not been fulfilled, all of which are listed in Article 263 of the Criminal Code, it is proven that there are still many rights of every person that are neglected by several parties who make letters, causing losses.
