Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh E-Service Quality (X1), Brand Trust (X2), dan Perceived Value (X3) terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) Mie Gacoan Cabang Manyar Surabaya. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan pelanggan yang pernah memesan secara online lebih dari 1kali di Mie Gacoan Cabang Manyar Surabaya. Sampel penelitian yang diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling maka untuk menentukan jumlah menggunakan rumus lemeshow yaitu 96 responden. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji F dan uji T dengan memanfaatkan program SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan (Uji F) E-Service Quality (X1), Brand Trust (X2), dan Perceived Value (X3) terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y) Mie Gacoan Cabang Manyar Surabaya. Untuk pengaruh masing-masing variabel secara parsial (Uji t), hasil nilai signifikan dari : 1) E-Service Quality (X1) sebesar 0,358 lebih besar dari nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.05 artinya E-Service Quality (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). 2) Brand Trust (X2) sebesar 0,083 lebih besar dari nilai signifikan sebesar 0.05 artinya Brand Trust (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y). 3) Perceived Value (X3) sebesar 0,001 lebih kecil dari nilai signifikan sebesar 0.05 artinya Perceived Value (X3) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan (Y).
