Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital and labor partially or simultaneously on the income of traders in the culinary tourism center of Karah, Jambangan District, Surabaya City. This research was conducted in shops in the Karah Culinary Tourism Center, Jambangan District, Surabaya City. This research includes quantitative research with an explanatory approach and the data used are primary data. By using a saturated sample of 38 respondents. The method of data collection in this study is a questionnaire. The variables of this study include working capital (X1), labor (X2) and income (Y). The analytical method used is multiple linear regression test, and data quality test. The analytical tool used in this study is SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that working capital partially has a significant effect on income, partially labor does not have a significant effect on the income of food and beverage traders. And simultaneously capital and labor have a significant effect on the income of food and beverage traders in the culinary tourism center of Karah, Jambangan District, Surabaya City.
