Abstract

BUMN is a company in which all or most of its capital is owned by the state so it is very attractive for investors to allocate their funds in the form of a share. Investors believe that the share price of state-owned enterprises in the infrastructure sector offers company value strong despite the shock of the Covid-19 pandemic. Since February 2020, the covid-19 pandemic 19 have hampered economic growth in Indonesia, including BUMN. It should be noted that several companies have minutes of company profits in a period certain. This study aims to see how big the macroeconomic independent variables are, investment decisions, and funding decisions affect the dependent variable, namely value companies mediated by financial risk and profitability as variables intervene. This research is quantitative by taking a census sampling technique at 7 infrastructure sector state-owned companies in the period 2014-2021. This research uses sem analysis (structural equation modeling) based on components or variants namely partial least squares (pls), using smart pls 4.0 software which consists of inner models and outer models. The results of the study show that macroeconomics is no significant direct effect on financial risk. However, the effect is significant to the profitability and value of the company. Investment decisions by no significant direct effect on financial risk and profitability. However, it has a significant effect on firm value. Funding decision directly has no significant effect on firm value. However, significant effect on financial risk and profitability. Financial risk directly has no significant effect on firm value. Profitability directly has no significant effect on firm value. The indirect relationship between financial risk and profitability variables does not mediate X variables including macroeconomics, investment decisions, and funding decisions to the variable Y, namely the value of the company.
