Abstract

The health sector is always hotly discussed wherever it is seen as crucial for human life. Health refers to the dynamics of a healthy lifestyle, the application of a healthy lifestyle can be seen from several aspects such as good social life, healthy spirituality, awareness of the importance of health, application of scientific disciplines to create a balance between work and the environment and so on. Talking about the realm of health is not far from what is commonly referred to as medicine. As part of pharmaceuticals related to distribution and those who distribute it, it is clearly written in Law Number 36 of 2009 concerning Health. In the pharmaceutical world, of course, you are familiar with various types of drug classes, but drugs that need more attention in their distribution are hard drugs or G-list drugs. Currently, the distribution of hard drugs is not so tight because in a number of places, hard drugs can be purchased without having to use a doctor's prescription according to the procedure. which exists. A number of individuals or even corporate business entities are known to have distributed hard drugs and traded these drugs freely. Therefore, the author wants to explain what kind of regulations governing crimes related to the crime of distribution of hard drugs without a doctor's prescription and how easily hard drugs can be obtained, what forms of abuse can be carried out.
