Abstract

This study aims to test and find out whether there is a relationship between academic achievement and career decision making. The sample used was grade 12 students (Science and Social Studies) at SMAN 13 Surabaya, which is located on Jl. Mengati Tongue Kulon. There were 204 subjects in this study with a total population of 343 students. In this study, data collection techniques were used random sampling, by giving a questionnaire to students at the school. The scale used is the scale of career decision making and learning achievement using the average value of report cards. Methods of data analysis in this study using Spearman-Rho. The hypothesis shows that there is a positive relationship related to learning achievement and career decision making in grade 12 high school students. Based on the test results Spearman-Rho by using SPPS 25.0 shows that correlation coefficient = 0.836 with a significance level of p = 0.000 (p <0.05).
